This cosy and amazing villa is in the heart of Vila Nogueira de Azeitão; one of the most beautiful portuguese villages. It has has 2 floors and 5 bedrooms and it can fit a maximum of 1o people. Everything you need is a walking distance from this house. Nearby you will find the Arrábida Natural Park and the most beautiful and famous beaches in the area. Just a 20 min. drive away, there is also the village of Sesimbra, where there is a pier along the ocean with bars, restaurants and shops. The closest beach to the house is only 7 km away and it can be easily reached in a few minutes by car.The house itself is decorated in a classical style with great attention to details; the furniture is nice, comfortable and was chosen with good taste.Outside there is a big porch with a barbecue area, a great choice to socialize with friends or just simply relax. Also, there is a nice area step up for meals; this is extremely pleasant especially during the months from May to October. In the garden area, there is also the swimming pool .Entering the front door, you will find yourself standing in the entrance hall, which leads you to a wide living room with 2 separate areas. The main area has a fireplace with comfortable sofas in front of it, next to the window there is a cozy corner just to sit and read or have a nice talk.
