This sophisticated villa has a calm and relaxed atmosphere and is the perfect vacation destination to get away from everyday life. The villa is large and open ensuring that you have plenty of space. There are floor to ceiling windows so that the whole property is light and airy. Air Conditioning and touch intelligent lighting throughout. With neutral tones, polished stone floors and wooden doors the villa will suit all tastes. There are 3 double bedrooms downstairs and a master, double room and twin room upstairs. The bathrooms have a walk in rainforest shower, bath and heated towel rails. Upon arriving at the villa you will walk across the traditional portuguese calcadas to a large front door. The open hallway leads to an open plan lounge with fireplace and flatscreen TV and then onto a large kitchen with state of the art Miele appliances and gadgets and also the TV/Snug Room. There is also a large outside courtyard with plenty of seating, which can be sectioned off from the garden and pool area by electric shutters. Walk up the swooping staircase to the Master Bedroom with its ensuite bathroom and also to the Double room and Twin room which share a bathroom and are ideal for children. There is a private balcony off the master bedroom as well as an L shaped terrace with superb views over the pool, gardens and golf course, perfect for a secluded spot of sunbathing. Outside there is a large pool, which can be heated if required and an outdoor dining area just off the kitchen. Also a covered outdoor barbecue area with fridge, dining area and large gas barbecue.
