Modern well presented two bedroom apartment close to the village of Cabanas and within walking distance to Benamor golf course. This ground floor apartment is centrally located and you can walk to the water front of Cabanas from where small fisherman boats bring you to the beautiful beach. All amenities are near by, e.g. restaurants, supermarkets, a small train station from where you can take the train to Faro or Tavira. The beautiful town of Tavira is 2 miles west from Casas da Praia and is well worth a visit. It is very easy to lose track of time in this lovely old town. You can spend hours strolling the charming cobblestone streets with it's many restaurants, shops, bars and terraces to enjoy a refreshment in the sun. Ilha de Tavira, it's famous beach with many small restaurants is only a boat ride away. The beach of Barril in Santa Luzia is also very nice. This beach is accessible by foot or if you don't like to walk, there is a small train that takes you there. There are many more beaches and golf courses to choose from within a few minutes drive. This is a very nice destination all year round. The apartment is tastefully decorated and consist of a living room with an open kitchen / dining area facing the garden area. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/Freezer, toaster, etc. The master bedroom has a large double bed with built in wardrobe. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with 2 single beds and another bunk bed with a double bed on the bottom and a single bed above. There is a good size bathroom with bath. A spacious two bedroom apartment with a private patio set in the grounds of Vila Cordelia in Foral, Algarve, Portugal. Vila Cordelia is situated in the rural area of Quinta Larga Vista, once the largest private estate in Portugal
which was owned and used for hunting with the royal lodges by the ancient kings of Portugal. The urban district of Foral consists of approximately 100 large private villas set in their own grounds interwoven in the local countryside. Foral is surrounded by orange and lemon groves, vineyards and open countryside. The apartment is open plan with a kitchen with combined dining,lounge area set between two large self contained bedrooms. The kitchen area has a gas cooker with oven, a microwave, a dishwasher,washing machine,deep freeze and refrigerator. there is a dining table with seating for six. The lounge/ diner has sofa, armchairs and a flat screen TV/ DVD. Both double bedrooms have en suite bathrooms with bath and shower, plus a walk in shower,wash hand basin, WC and bidet. The apartment is solar heated giving constant hot water with AC units for heating or air conditioning to keep cool in the heat of the summer. For the low season, there are oiled filled radiators. Changeover day is Saturday but can be flexible. There is solar heating that provides constant hot water. Bed linen and towels are provided.There is a large patio with patio furniture, parasol and private bbq .The bbq area can seat up to 10 people. More Freedom, More Space (if you are thinking of inviting friends) You can have full exclusive use of the pool everyday which is shared only with owners at certain times.
