Each unit has been carefully decorated, mainly with local crafts, with influences of brazilian and morrocan cultures. The Blue House is located at a very special place and near magnificient beaches, but we are certain you will probably spend most of your holiday within this fascinating estate!The Blue House consists of four units, all set around a central courtyard, affording plenty of privacy to all:The original house, accessed via anentrance hall with a fireplace, next to an indoor dining area, seating 6. The fully equipped kitchen is also in this unit, and has access to the outdoor dining area for 10 people, under the rustic porch. There are also a double bedroom on a mezzanine floor with a complete bathroom, and an additional small bedroom with a single bed.The new wing, which was added to the original house in 2009, has a very large terrace facing the sunset to the West, just another perfect place to enjoy a Caipirinha or a Mojito at dusk. This spacious 300 m2 family villa is set in a privileged area in Vilamoura, one of the best regions of the Algarve. The Villa is a short drive from the Vilamoura International Marina with its restaurants and bars, casino, nightlife and entertainment, and from justly famous restaurants and beaches in the area.Villa Vilamoura beach is on 3 floors and is air conditioned for added guest comfort, a blessing in the hot summer months.The main entrance of the villa leads to a very large living room with ample seating for 12 people. The dining area seat 12 and the fully equipped kitchen is open plan. On this floor there is also a twin bedroom with its shower room. On the first floor there are 4 bedrooms in total. There are 3 spacious double bedrooms, 2 with their private bathroom; another smaller single bedroom and another bathroom. There is also a large terrace with pretty green views.At garden level we find another unit which can be accessed from the outside or through internal stairs; this unit is only open to groups larger than 8 people or by request. There we find another very large living room with its own kitchen; for larger groups additional beds can easily be added to this living room as it is private. Next there is a large twin bedroom (the coolest in the house!), and WCs and shower room. This is the ideal flor for teenagers as they can be quite independent. The garden is fully equipped with outdoor furniture and table for al fresco meals, and barbecue. The pretty swimming pool will provide hours of private relaxation. There is private shaded car parking area for 2 cars. Street parking parking is easy and secure. Cleaning twice a week is included in the price.

It is also very pleasant and comforting in winter, because the house is equipped with salamanders (firewood), fireplace (firewood) and heating (electric) in all divisions.
