Traditional Norfolk Cottage superbly located for the beaches of North Norfolk with fantastic rural views. Birdwatching, walking and fishing nearby make it an ideal all year round base. The cottage has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate 6 people and an infant in a cot. The property benefits from a welcoming lounge with a gas stove, TV with Freeview and DVD player. There is also another relaxing sitting room which leads through to the fully equipped kitchen and utility. The kitchen has large patio doors leading out to a fully enclosed garden with lawn and barbecue area with garden furniture. Upstairs the accommodation comprises a master bedroom with kingsize bed and ensuite shower room, there is also a double bedroom, a twin bedded room and a bathroom. A travel cot,highchair and stairgate are provided. There is sufficient parking for two cars or a boat. Adjacent to the property is a farm lane offering immediate walks from the cottage.

This cottage was converted in early 1998. It has two storeys with two bedrooms, one double with a romantic muslin half tester, and one large twin. In the bathroom there is a power shower. The small quarry tiled entrance hall leads to a cosy living room with dining area and a compact pine kitchen. The lounge area is beamed, has an exposed flint wall and includes a wood burner.

Known as the "honeymoon" cottage the front door is away from the courtyard, facing the play area in the distance. The tiled entrance hall leads into a beamed kitchen/living/dining room from where may sightings of the barn owl have been made. This cottage has a dishwasher. The living room is double aspect and very similar to that of Ash, in the corner is a flame effect stove. Stairs lead up to a lovely large bedroom with four poster bed and additional single bed. There is also a small bedroom with adult size bunk beds.

A very spacious two bedroomed single storey cottage with one double and one large twin. There are stunning views across the fields towards the setting sun from the large beamed kitchen/living/dining room. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a dishwasher. French doors open up Oak Cottage from the kitchen onto a small patio area at the back, then to a relatively private garden around the monkey puzzle tree. The focal point in the lounge is a flame effect wood burner. The entrance hall is large and fully tiled.
