The Studio is a cosy annexe down a quiet lane near the small village of Harrowby, 3 miles from Grantham in Lincolnshire. The cottage has two first floor bedrooms - one single and one large double room which also works as the cottage's sitting room, with sofas and French doors out to the balcony with views over the countryside. On the ground floor is the shower room and a fitted kitchen with dining area. Outside is off road parking for two cars. From The Studio it is easy to enjoy the old inns of Grantham, many NT properties, stunning gardens and the city of Nottingham.Electric oil heaters. Gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge, TV with Freeview, DVD. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate. Off road parking for 2 cars. Park Farm Cottages are a pair of semi-detached cottages, which are no longer required for farm workers. Like the Cabins, they are double glazed and centrally heated. They have three bedrooms, one with a double bed, and two with a single in each, all with blankets, not duvets. There is a bathroom upstairs. The lounges have a settee and easy chairs, coffee tables and television, and a dining table and chairs in a corner. The kitchens have fitted units, electric cookers microwaves and toasters, and a table and chairs. The fridge is in the pantry. The kitchen, pantry, and bathroom floors are covered with vynolay, the rest being carpeted. There is a washing machine, tumble drier and ironing facilities in the utility room at the rear of the cottages, for the use of both. There are also garden tables and chairs for use when the weather is suitable. The Cottages are not suitable for disabled.

They are of timber construction and designed to capture the atmosphere of the surroundings. You do not have to gather damp wood to make a fire before you eat. (If you wish you can burn your meat over glowing charcoal.) They are designed to look as natural as possible in a woodland setting. That is why we are keeping the number down to four. They are double glazed and centrally heated, so they are always warm and comfortable. Goldcrest and Pheasant have a lounge over thirteen feet square with a kitchen area off one end, with an electric cooker, microwave, fridge, etc. In the lounge there is a dining table and chairs, a settee and easy chairs, coffee tables and of course a colour television. There is a bathroom with a standard sized bath, one bedroom with a double bed and one with two singles. Single beds are all 3 ft. wide and double beds are 4ft 6ins. Apart from the room with a double bed there is room for a wheel chair anywhere. All the bedroom furniture is built in. In the double room there is a wardrobe, dressing table and bedside tables. In the twin room the table between the beds doubles up as a dressing table. There is also locker space under the beds. The beds have blankets, not duvets. Partridge and Kestrel are larger, having a larger lounge, one double and two twin rooms, a bathroom and a shower room with a toilet in each. They all have garden tables and chairs on the verandahs. The Cabins are all named after birds, which are regularly seen. A separate building has a washing machine, tumble drier, ironing facilities and a pay phone for the use of the residents. We do not have a ‘Disability’ rating, but experience has shown that the Cabins are suitable for someone in a wheelchair with assistance.

Grebe Cottage has a lounge/kitchen, one double bedroom and a bathroom with a walk-in shower, so is suitable for disabled visitors.cottage is equipped with a television, radio, refrigerator, gas cooker and microwave oven. Both have patio and parking area.

Coot Cottage has a dining kitchen, lounge, one double and one twin bedroom, plus a bathroom with a shower cubicle. Both cottage are equipped with a television, radio, refrigerator, gas cooker and microwave oven. Both have patio and parking area.

Wayside is a renovated cottage bungalow in the centre of Horsington, just 300 yards walk to the Elder Tree Public House. The cottage is situated down a quiet lane just off the main road (B1190), set in its own mature open plan gardens. Woodhall Spa 4 miles, Horncastle ( Antique Centre) and the Wolds 5 miles away. Historic Lincoln 16 miles. Skegness. 28 miles. Wayside is an ideal central point to explore the county. A stone in the churchyard at Waddingworth, 2 miles from Horsington, had a hole in which was reputedly the exact centre Of the old county of Lincolnshire.

The static caravans sleep up to six people and may be hired on a daily, weekend or weekly basis. All are equipped with a television and have private toilet and shower facilities. Duvets, sheets and towels may be hired. Pillows, blankets and all gas and electricity are included in the price. The Deluxe caravans also have a microwave oven and radio. We regret that the deluxe caravans are not available for smokers or visitors with dogs. If you are a smoker or dog-owner please advise us and we will accommodate you in one of our Luxury units.

Springfield Holiday Cottage is set in the courtyard of the charming 19th century farmhouse, situated in the Lincolnshire Wolds village of Benniworth.Springfield Farm is run by Margaret Pinney. The Cart Shed Situated on the left of the Main Range which is on the North side of the Courtyard, the Cart Shed offers spacious accommodation for two people. Stairs lead to a large shower room with toilet and hand basin and a bedroom with double bed.The Barn Situated in the centre of the Main Range which is on the North side of the Courtyard, the Barn is the largest of our cottages and offers family size accommodation for up to six people with one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms.The Stable Situated to the right of the Main Range which is on the North side of the Courtyard, the Stable Cottage offers good sized accommodation for the smaller family and is ideal for two couples sharing. The Brackenhurst Guesthouse is located in a quiet residential area, within minutes walking distance to the promenade, sea front and the shopping centre. The accommodation comprises a comfortable residents T.V. lounge, cosy breakfast / dining room and 9 comfortable bedrooms.Children are most welcome and travel cots and high chairs are provided at no extra cost. An electric scooter and wheelchair is available for residents use free of charge (subject to availability). The Bull Shed Holiday Cottage is the smallest of the cottages and occupies the right half of the building in the above picture. As the name implies it was once used to house the Bull which was part of the herd of Lincolnshire Reds that once resided here. In spite of its compactness the cottage still offers ample accommodation for two people. Bull Shed Lounge The Lounge has comfortable seating for two and a dining table with two chairs. It is equipped with a television, video and radio/cd player. Large French Doors with side lights look out onto the courtyard.

Bainfield Holiday Lodge, which sleeps up to four people (plus a cot), is built on the site of the village's old Methodist Chapel and is a super holiday cottage equipped to the highest of standards.
