Our house is situated on the coastal road between Nazaré and São Martinho do Porto. On the Costa da Prata (Silver Coast). At about 100 kilometers north of Lissabon.Vanaf the airport via the A8 motorway about 1 hour. From Porto it is 2 hours away. The toll roads are quiet. It is 30min. walk to the Atlantic coast, with a beautiful free beach (Praia do Salgado), where you can come by car. (5 min) We live 3km. (5 mins by car) north of the seaside resort of Sao Martinho do Porto with its lovely bay and beautiful boulevard. There are restaurants, shops, supermarket and fruit and vegetable market presence.
