Located in a Quiet cul-de-sac our home offers spacious living accomodation, with two Bedrooms,one double with own Bathroom and shower and one twin room with own Bathroom and shower. This home comfortably sleeps four however there is a double pull out Bed in the front room for those two extra guest if required. Seperate dinning area, large seating area.Pretty kitchen with gas range cooker.

Holiday house at Brancaster Staithe on North Norfolk coast. Well equipped harbourside holiday house. Spectacular views. Golf, sailing, tennis, unspoilt sandy beaches, nature reserves all close by. Very spacious, comfortable, well fitted out family house with stunning views. Stands in over an acre of land which extends down to the salt marshes and harbour. Most of the windows are double glazed. An excellent area for bird watching, painting, sailing, golf and watching wonderful skies and sunsets. Nearby there are miles of lovely unspoilt sandy beaches and plenty of opportunities for hiring bikes, boats, sailing lessons,trips to watch seals, nature reserves, waterskiiing, tennis. There is a small supermarket and very good shop selling local fish bread and fresh local vegetables within walking distance. Two good pubs in the village one with a very good restaurant is next to the house. Plenty of off road parking. One dog permitted
