A highchair and cot are available on request. There is a private patio outside to enjoy the Cornish weather. Upstairs has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other a twin, and a shower room.The resort facilities included and are within easy walking distance and features indoor and outdoor heating swimming pools, children's activity club with indoor and outdoor play areas, pitch and putt golf, basketball, table tennis, badminton, a trampoline and bouncy castle (weather permitting). Youngsters can enjoy the soft play area with ball pool and, for older children, the Teen Club has table tennis, a pool table and amusements. A well-equipped fitness centre and Indigo Spa with various relaxation and beauty treatments is also available for adults (additional costs may be incurred for some facilities).

There are 3 bedrooms, one double, one with 2 singles (best suited as a children room), and a single. There is also a sofa bed downstairs if needed to sleep total of 7. The cottage is fully equipped, and has a wood burning fire. In 2011 Lower Mill Estate won the prestigious award for UK's BEST DEVELOPEMENT. This is a secure, gated, family friendly country estate of the highest quality. NB. PLEASE ALWAYS CONFIRM AVAILABILITY WITH OWNER BEFORE BOOKING?There are many walks around the estate and beyond, as well as a lovely pub and restaurant within easy walking distance. There are some areas of special interest for wildlife enthusiasts and birdwatchers, and also carp, coarse and trout fishing available on the lakes. There is an organic farm shop on the estate selling local organic and general produce. Hot food, firewood and wine. The cottage does have Wi-fi internet access.The pool is heated, and theres also a sauna. Its shared and a short walk from the cottage. There is also a children play area, trampoline, tennis court, cricket nets and picnic area by the pool. Great area for cycle rides and walking, both round the estate and nearby area's.Property is next to the Thames path.The estate is very proud of its untouched nature reserves, and has areas of some significance when it comes to bird and wildlife.Late in 2005 the first European Beavers introduced back into England were released and are thriving in a far corner of the estate.There are viewing hides from where they can be watched.The estate is also home to a wide range of Bird life, from waterfowl to owls.Details of guided walks and the best spots are available from the property or the estate office.There is some excellent fishing on the estate, both coarse fishing and fly fishing.The coarse fishing is specialised and mostly specimen fishing, and the lakes would be classified as 'challenging' and not really suitable for beginners. As a tenant you are able to fish (within the estate fishing rules) details of which are available at the house. The fishing is managed by a permanent tenant on the estate, who will be happy to point you in the right direction, and show you the hotspots.The distance of Railway: Kemble: 5.0 km.

Beautiful thatched riverside cottage. A lovely circular layout adds to the 'flow' of the house where living rooms interconnect with the Arts and Craft style kitchen which has a gas fired Aga, electric cooker and adjoining dining area. Three new state of the art bathrooms have been installed with walk-in showers and large bath. Two are en-suite. Beamed Entrance Porch and Reception Hall welcome you to this wonderful vacation home; set in country cottage gardens with many old varieties of flowers such as hollyhock and roses, tulips and daffodiiles adorn the lawns in spring. The riverside lawns stretch down to the river patio near the waters edge. Inside there is a captains cabin recontructed from a ship bound for Australia with wonderful carved ships figureheads and 17th century beams used on the outside. The Old Wharf Cottage is in a fantastic location as it is close to London, Royal Windsor and Heathrow with plenty of restaurants and attractions nearby.Beautiful thatched riverside cottage, named the 'Old Wharf Cottage' as once barges unloaded cargo of copper at the wharf, now the site of the outdoor heated swimming pool. It was originally built in 1903 in the Edwardian Era. The Arts and Crafts Movement between 1880 and 1910 influenced the owners many of them artists and sculptors themselves, and later arts and craft features were added including ornate plaster work around the bedroom cornice's,a coat of arms as you climb the oak staircase with carving depicted by aged red and green paints, much used by the Arts and Craft Movement-inspired by medieval colour and image seen in the works of the artist/designer William Morris.It is approximately 40 minutes drive or train journey from the centre of London with an array of sightseeing opportunities available to you. The Old Wharf Cottage is also just down the road from Royal Windsor and the magnificent Windsor Castle where the Queen spends her weekends.

A lovely mezzanine apartment in a beautiful red brick building with a lot of history - it used to be The Salford Royal Hospital, one of the buildings bombed during the second World War. The apartment is a split level with a double room and bathroom on the mezzanine level and living room, kitchen, another room and bathroom on the ground floor. The property has lovely high ceilings. From the apartment you can reach the centre of Manchester in 10 minutes walking, and we're only 20 minutes WALK to Manchester United Football Stadium. A perfect location whether you're coming for a football match, a concert, or to visit / study in one of our universities. There are lots of local taxis if you don't feel like walking and very cheap picking you up from the apartment. Manchester is a great starting point for trips around England. we're 30 minutes from the airport and only 20 minutes to Manchester Piccadilly Station, where you can get trains to the whole of England - 30 minutes to Liverpool, one hour to Blackpool and Leeds. Langfield Manor is a peaceful country house located in a secluded corner of Bude next to the Bude and North Cornwall golf course and just three minutes walk from the shops restaurants and beaches. This beautiful Edwardian Manor house has been converted into eight individual self catering apartments. Three of these are on the ground floor and five on the first floor. The excellent facilities at the Manor are purely for our guests and include a covered outdoor swimming pool and barbecue area. The conservatory and patio are real sun traps while the south facing gardens are perfect for relaxing. Guests can also enjoy ping pong; snooker; pool and various games in our recreation rooms, and we have a comfortable and cosy library with a wide variety of novels for you to choose from.

The barn is reverse layout making the most of these views. The entrance is on the first floor a sitting area to the front, to the back is a kitchen and dining room area. On the ground floor is a large double bedroom, off which is a shower-room toilet. Lowenak barn is well equipped heated by a flamerite stove and night storage. We supply hand and shower towels and all linen. We cater for couples although we can add a cot or a small single bed.The 30' bedroom with large double bed is furnished in a simple style, there is a bedside radio. The shower toilet room comes with shower and hand towels of a high quality, toilet paper is supplied. The kitchen is well equipped with a cooker, fridge and microwave, we supply many kitchen basics such as fresh coffee, tea, sugar, oil, herbs ect.

The views of the surrounding countryside are panoramic, particularly from the south-facing bay windows of Spring and Beech cottages. The 11 acres of well kept grounds provide a safe environment for children to play in and explore, and the red deer can sometimes be seen in the garden at dusk and in the early morning. There is a well equipped laundry room for guests' use, and a games room with pool and table tennis. We are continually improving and upgrading our cottages to ensure they provide holiday accommodation of the highest quality.
