Surfside (sleeps 4) is set in an idyllic position, just 50 meters from glorious surf and sand. Tucked in among the sand dunes, it has uninterrupted views of the entire St Ives Bay, and is perfect as a base for surfing, walking or simply relaxing. Surfside has 1 double and 1 twin bedded room, a lounge/ dining room, sun-room, fully fitted kitchen and shower room. The main bedroom and lounge have stunning sea views, and the sun-room and patio look out across the entire sweep of the bay. Bedding is provided, but not towels. Changeover day is Friday, and weekend/midweek breaks are available low season. This is an area of outstanding beauty, both seals and dolphins are regularly seen in the bay, and much of the land around is owned by the National Trust. Many tourist attractions are close by, including St Ives, St Michaels Mount, Lands End, the Lost gardens of Heligan, the Minnack Theater and the Eden project.

All rooms have showers, tea/coffee making facilities, color television and shaver point.We are just 5 minutes away from Redhill town centre, where you can enjoy a nice meal in one of the pubs, restaurant or you can see a play at the Harlequin theatre or cinema. There is also a nice night club in the town center for a night out.
Also, just 5 minutes away from Redhill train station, from where you can pick the train and go straight into London’s heart, at Victoria station. The journey is only 25 minutes.
If you wish to plan a holiday or a business trip , we are only 15 minutes by car or 10 minutes by train to Gatwick Airport.

This superb 300 year old barn conversion boasts a sauna, and an enclosed, private 32 x 16ft, 4ft to 7ft outdoor, unheated swimming pool which is open from Easter to the end of October. Nothing like a cool dip at the end of a hot summer's day!
The accommodation is furnished and fitted to a very high standard and sleeps up to 7. With a large lounge, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms, one with a double and single bed, 1 double bedroom and double bed setee in the lounge.
There is a garden and patio with a table and chairs and a barbeque, ideal for a spring or summer evening meal with the family after a hard day exploring the surrounding area.
Pets welcome by arrangement. This is where Cheddar Cheese was invented. there are many ancient caves in the area. There are also many museums in the area.

Built into a huge sweet chestnut tree on the edge of a wood, a substantial staircase leads you up to the luxurious accommodation. This is a thatched room with a double bed set between the tree branches and looking out through large glass doors to the tree tops. It has an en-suite shower room bathed in light from the glass roof and covered with hand made mosaic tiles. A large balcony with swing seats makes for a very special experience.
All rooms have double beds with fine cotton sheets, tea and coffee making facilities with homemade biscuits, TV. And a hairdryer. The en-suite bath/shower rooms have soft fluffy towels and hand made soaps.

The caravan sleeps 8 with a double room 2 twin rooms and a make up double bed in the lounge area.In the caravan there is a tv,dvd player and freeview,plenty of games including cards and dominos.In the kitchen there are all crockery,cutlery pots and pans plus kettle,microwave,toaster,iron & board.
This caravan is a real home from home and is extremly spacious.

Dairy Cottage is a delightful, unusual building converted from an 18th Century ornamental dairy which once formed part of the working estate of Boynton Hall and is still next door to a working farm. It retains many features of the original building and has been sympathetically restored and modernised.
