Villa Echium is one of these villas. Only 40 years old, it was designed by the famous Dutch architect van Velden. It now consists of two separate apartments. The top floor apartment has two bed rooms, sleeping 4 persons, and the ground floor has one bed room, but with the possibilities for sleeping 3 persons. The top apartment, with its classical interior decoration, has a terrace with view towards the sea and is surveying the garden. There are two separate apartments in the house. The upper floor apartment has two bedrooms, lounge,living room, dining room, one bathroom, one separate toilet and a modern, fully equipped kitchen. The interior decoration is classical, mixed Portuguese and Scandinavian. This apartment is suitable for handicapped persons. The spacious terrace towards the sea is surveying the garden.The downstairs apartment has one bedroom, a changing-room big enough for an extra bed if wanted, a bathroom, a drawing-room and a modern kitchen with dining space. You can go out into the garden both from the drawing-room and the bedroom. The interior decoration is modern. The garden is equipped with chairs for sun-bathing and garden furniture.
