The apartment is on the first floor of a low block. There is a good swimming pool surrounded by a beautiful garden. Most of the apartments are privately owned. You mostly have the swimming pool to yourselves. You are in a prime location just 5-7 min walk from the old fishing town of Alvor, with its authentic cobbled streets, lots of restaurants, bars, gift shops, etc. There are no disco's. The location is not near the bars so it's peaceful at night. Perfect for families or couples. The beach is 5 min walk. A number of international golf courses within minutes; the Alto and Penina Golf. This magnificent detached villa is located in Portimão, west Algarve, in a very calm residential area nearby Penina and Morgado do Regengo golf courses and 13km from the beaches and 8 km from the city mall.It was constructed in 2009, it has a contemporary architecture and it is surrounded by a fence, large illuminated private garden and 2 swimming pools being one for children.
